​Thank you for deciding to purchase one of our puppies. We want to make this a stress free enjoyable experience for you. Please feel free to email or call me with any questions or concerns that you might have along the way. We will keep you up to date with information about your puppy as it grows until it is time for your puppy to go to its new home. This contract is written for the protection of both the breeder and the buyer - However, it is primarily written to protect the health and general well being of the puppy.

  • The Buyer shall keep the dog as a household pet.

  • The Buyer shall provide the dog with an adequate food, fresh water, shelter, affection, and medical care upon sickness, disease, or injury.

  • Maintenance should include an annual health exam and routine vaccinations as recommended by a board-certified veterinarian.

  • Humane care and maintenance in accordance with all current and future federal and provincial laws and ordinances where the Buyer resides.

  • A fully fenced yard or other humane means of exercise. The dog shall not be kept chained or constantly outdoors.

  • A collar and identification tag and/or microchip. Never permit the dog to roam unattended.

  • The dog shall reside with the Buyer.

  • The Buyer shall notify the Breeder immediately if the dog cannot be kept by the Buyer. Buyer will return the dog to the breeder, buyer assumes any and all shipping costs and will not be refunded.

  • The dog shall not be sold, transferred, or given to any individual or to any retail or wholesale establishment for the purpose of sale or resale to the public or to any research institution where medical experimentation or other practices take place.

  • The Buyer and Breeder agree to keep each other informed of their current addresses.

  • The Buyer agrees that it is the Buyer’s responsibility to accept the dog as described. The Breeder has provided and the Buyer has acknowledged a full disclosure of the health, habits, and temperament of the dog. 

  • The Buyer agrees to sign the necessary papers to return the Breeder as sole owner of the dog in the event the dog is returned.

  • The buyer agrees to have the puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within three (3) days of receipt of the puppy, excluding weekends. If the puppy is determined to be in poor health, as evidenced by a veterinarian's written statement, the buyer can elect to keep the puppy, assuming all costs for its care, or may return the puppy for a full refund upon the breeder's receipt of the veterinarian's statement regarding the puppy's health. (buyer to be responsible for shipping costs where applicable). This provision will expire 72 hours after buyer takes possession of the puppy, excluding weekends.  A shot record schedule will be issued with your pup.  This schedule must be adhered to or warranty is forfeit.  No Veterinarian fees /bills will be paid by breeder without prior written agreements.

  • This pup is guaranteed against Catastrophic (life threatening) genetic issues for a two year period. This does not include hip deformations or abnormalities caused by injury, neglect, or other environmental conditions. (i.e. doing agility or catching Frisbees or jumping up and down off truck beds etc. as youngsters), DCM, Parvovirus or any other illnesses acquired due to the owners negligence. 

  • A non-refundable $500 deposit will be required to hold a puppy. Once the puppies are old enough to go to their new homes, this deposit will be deducted from the total price of the dog.

  • Our puppies cost $1900, with the deposit coming off total cost .

  • We do have a waiting list, to get on this waiting list, a $500 non refundable deposits required. Preference given to paid clients in order of payment received. Can be used at any time, for any litter up to two years, unless otherwise agreed upon.
